Femox SpiraPave Pedestal

SpiraPave eliminates the need for bedding sand / or of brick or metal piers for installation of raised pavers or decking. It eliminates efflorescence and prevents algae growth on pavers, facilitates rapid surface drainage and easy accessibility to waterproofing membranes and concealed services. It also provides a ventilation. It also provides a ventilation break that reduces heat and sound transmission to habitable space below.

  • Measure the total area to be paved to determine the number of pavers or beams required.
  • Position SpiraPave pedestals with a Slope Corrector and a Bearer Holder at required intervals.
  • Adjust the 0-5% slope corrector to compensate for any falls in the slab.
  • Position on bearers and adjust the SpiraPave pedestal either up or down so that the bearer is level.
  • Screw the bearer into the eyelet in the wing of the Bearer Holder
  • Anchor bearers to all perimeter walls using metal brackets.
  • Finish with Timber or Composite decking boards.

Slope corrector to SpiraPave

0 to 5% slope correction, slope corrector can be placed either on top or at the bottom as of SpiraPave T12.

Bearer holder to SpiraPave pedestals

For beam width 35-50 und 50-80mm

Extended Height

Additional 45mm height possible with use of SP-45E extender.

Stability

Desired height is secured with Steel Locking Pin.

Variable Angles

Variable Angle Spacer Tabs allow pedestals to support up to 8 pavers with different corner angles (not stock keeping).
